The purpose of the Robert Jacobson Sports Foundation (RJS) project with Innovate K12 is to get a better understanding of the impact of our RJS Volleyball Club (RJS VBC) on our players and parents. We are looking to gain a comprehensive understanding of what it means to be part of the RJS VBC for players and parents. This form is directed to parents. Players have a separate form seeking their input/feedback.RJS is looking for clarification on several issues and appreciate your participation.
