Outcome:

The district first established a board agreement about district priorities for the next two years. Following this action, the superintendent sought public input, as required by receipt of ESSER Funds, as to how to best spend the money allocated for the school district.

Next Steps:

Using a staggered approach, this event began with 72 hours of community input followed by 72 hours of staff input and finally 48 hours of senior student input. In all, over 43 viable ideas were proposed for consideration to provide social emotional support, improve instruction, and enhance quality facilities with the ESSER funding.
